Here we will go through a step-by-step, ‘What to Expect’ guide, and a complete first-time buyer package that explains everything from mortgage financing, first-time buyer benefits from the government, all the legal fees, home insurance information, and contracts, just as a start. Don’t worry though as we will be with you the whole way, as our dozens of past novice buyers can attest. And we will never talk you into anything, much less a home that you don’t love or can’t afford.
